What is Comprehensible Input (CI), and how can we provide more of it in our classrooms? In this session, World Language teachers will have the opportunity to learn some of the basic principles of Second Language Acquisition and consider the implications for the World Language classroom. Comprehension-based teaching strategies will be shared, and teachers will discuss ways to apply comprehension-based teaching principles to increase the amount of CI in their daily lessons.
